ProfessorIt should be possible to create a UserGroup and put the lmsupport user into it. It should also be possible to change the lmsupport user's Role(s).
This is currently not possible in the new UI, as a phone number is required.
MastermindYeah, i discovered this a while back. You can put a dummy phone number in there to get it to work. 555-555-5555 would work. This shouldn't be required for the lmsupport account as it is a different kind of account.

Mastermindlmsupport is needed during issues, but not 24/7. Also, organizing it into a user group does not disable it.
