Are Product even here?

A Beta process should be a little more two-way than this.

There are a good number of us here providing feedback, yet there is no response from any representative of the Product team.

To whomever owns the UIv4 rollout…

Please could you assign someone to acknowledge the feedback we are sending (COUGHperhapswithaticketnumber)

  • @pgordon - that’s it exactly.  There is so much feedback being provided here, it would be good to see it tabulated and progress posted.

    I’m imagining a table (JQL query result) containing:

    • Jira ticket number
    • Issue Raised By
    • Subject
    • Severity (Blocker/Critical/Major/Minor/Trivial)
    • Fixed In (e.g. v193)
    • Component (UI Implementation/UI Framework/Database/Data Model/API etc.)
    • Status (Rejected / In Progress / Ready for Test / Closed Fixed)
  • Seems to me that some folks just want confirmation that they aren’t posting into a void… getting any sort of response and acknowledgement for feedback is always a good way to go

    Product is definitely here! My apologies on any of the lack of responses here. I’d be interested in hoping on a quick call with you to 1) see how we can improve this process 2) make sure we’re addressing any concerns you have with the new UI.
