We kicked off the LM User Group Founders Dinner Series at TopGolf in Dallas, TX this week!
We were thrilled to be joined by our customers from Hilltop Holdings & Kubota for a tee-off and some seriously insightful (and fun!) conversation. Getting together with our customers never fails to provide us with a valuable opportunity for open dialogue on our product, while also allowing us to enjoy some time together outside of the office.

LM Customers crave connection - whether it's online or in-person, customer want to hear from us and each other
Peer to peer networking is where the magic 🪄 is. Our customers want to talk to each other about similar issues, work through challenges, ask questions, and learn together.

- Hands-on training & enablement -- We discussed an extension to our current trainings to cover the real-world use cases that our customers regularly encounter
- We talked about the idea of "Certification as a Community", Certification Pilot Programs, and a Quarterly in-person User Group/Certification
- A customer-driven speaker series - customers, together with LM Experts, share their expertise framed around solving a specific problem or use case a community member is facing
