Dear LM Community Members,

It's been a pivotal six months since we launched our new LM Community platform. During this time, we've seen growth in membership and forum engagement, launched a successful User Group dinner series, and developed a roadmap of events and opportunities for our members. In short, we've expanded beyond just a platform to work toward becoming a thriving community!

Thanks to this transformative year and the candid, highly valuable feedback from many of you, we have decided it is time (again) to upgrade for our next chapter.

Over the next few weeks, the LM Community platform will be under construction to meet the growing needs of our community members during our next phase, and provide a sleek new navigation and design.

Keeping our community values at the forefront, we are excited to share a little teaser of some changes on the way:

  • Unified Blog: All existing blogs will merge into one centralized LM Community Blog, making it easier to subscribe and stay inspired.
  • Consolidated Forum: All forums will combine into a single location with optimized tags for easy navigation to topics and product areas.
  • Expanded Resources: We'll be launching dedicated product areas with community-generated resources and technical insights to help you succeed using the LM Platform
  • Sunsetting Certain Groups: While saying goodbye is difficult, we have a few spaces that have seen decreased activity, or are no longer relevant. We're confident that questions can be effectively addressed in our existing forum spaces, so we will be keeping some groups, but merging others to foster a more streamlined experience.
  • New Program Pages: We're creating centralized locations for all program details and resources, including information on User Groups, community events and recaps, and LogicMonitor Advocacy and Customer Success programs.

We don't anticipate any downtime during these updates. However, we apologize in advance for any potential disruptions as we implement these and other infrastructure changes.

If you encounter any issues, please contact us at community@logicmonitor.com.

This is just the beginning of many exciting developments coming to the LM Community in the next year. Stay tuned for more updates!
